Rover & Rangers
Rover-Ranger is a universally recognized youth movement that inculcates the good manners and ideals of disciplined living amongst its students.
MAIC is the only college that organizes Rover & Ranger wing in the state. The purpose of Rover & Ranger is to help students achieve a holistic development in life and promote the cause of unity & national integration in its members.
The team of Rover & Ranger has secured the Governor Award for best team of the state. A 3 day event of the Rover & Ranger was also organized for, The students to equip them with camping techniques, awareness programs and earring leadership qualities.
MAIC Rover & Rangers strive hard to achieve the prime objective of Bharat Scout & Guide to render their service for the betterment of Society and their own personality Various activities were organized to attain the pre-requisite objectives. For environmental protection, plantation was organized by Rovers& Rangers at larger scale on 13-07-2013 Diksha Samaroh was conducted for inculcating devotion and sincerity towards Rovers & Rangers responsibilities Three days camp was scheduled at MAIC from 28-09-2013 to 30-09-2013 to provide various trainings like tent making, gadgets making, Drill and march-past as well as equipped the students by various skills so that they are capable to confront the odd circumstances of life feeling of humanity is invoked by awareness rallies and, by Orphanage visit Rover & Rangers visited “Matrya Chhaya” situated at Samta Colony and spent beautiful moments with little kids.
Patriotism and awareness towards nation are very indispensible for everyone survey for this “Hum Aur Hamara Rashtra” is organized under the banner of Bharat Scouts and guides in which rover & rangers and students of maic are participated with great fervor and enthusiasm. This survey has been conducted over 5 thousand people of different categories in Raipur including politicians, Police, Administrative officers, House wives, Teachers, Students, Lower class, social worker, professionals etc.
Awards give recognition and motivation to everyone with this motive MAIC organized Rover & Ranger Sammn Samaroh on 28-02-2014 to felicitate rovers & rangers for their airless works and services. Awards of different categories were announced in the area of best discipline, best uniform, best social worker, best leadership, best performance, best attendance best march-past, popular Rover, Popular Ranger.

Aims of Program of Indian Scout/Guide
Following ideals in Rover department are considered as motivational elements in any program development.
Any youth till completing, Rover Program will:-
Make scouting his way of life.
1. Become active and participating citizen.
2.Be useful to other and enhance the skills (commercial and others) of self dependency
3.Will develop into such a practical person who has a feeling of respect for experiences of and him self
4.Will lead religions life through service to god and mankind
5.Will choose appropriate life partner having mutual understanding and eligible for leading adjusting life and lead a happy and understanding married life
6.Will try to safe guard public property.
7.Will prepare themselves for serving the duties of our country and will develop love towards global brothers hood ie will spread peace and humanity in mankind
